Executive Director
MSc MRICS ACIArb
Educated to masters level in construction management with over 15 years experience predominantly in Civil Engineering. Chartered status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Specifically focused on design and construction of foundations, retention, structures and pavements. Further, the delivery of rehabilitation and remediation of contaminated sites, various types of barrier walls and low permeability walls, retention, and earthworks. Great market knowledge in NSW, QLD and WA.
Executive Director
With more than 17 years of project controls and management experience, Juan has led large project controls, planning and bid teams of some of the largest and most complex projects in Australia in the public and private sectors.
Juan is an industry expert in project controls, who has implemented quantifiable risk, schedule and financial measures of control, impacting greatly on project outcomes. These outcomes have been facilitated through Juan’s complete comprehension of project controls, respected leadership ability and his professional and collaborative approach.
Some of the more significant projects (tender and delivery) Juan has worked on include, South West Rail Link, Sydney Northwest Metro, New Intercity Fleet Maintenance Facility, Sydney Metro City and Southwest and Melbourne Metro Tunnel.
In March 2017 Juan founded FirmstoneVEGA, where he provided professional planning and project controls support to Clients in the private transport infrastructure sector. In his most recent appointment Juan was Head of Planning for Cross Yarra Partnership D&C on the Melbourne Metro project (cir. A$11b). Prior to this Juan was Bid Manager on the Sydney Metro City and Southwest Augmentation (A$3.7b).
Juan is passionate about continuous improvement and has advanced knowledge and skills with industry tools including Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis and Safran Risk. Juan has also led the development of BIM on certain projects and the integration of planning and design processes.

Executive Director
Harnessing almost two decades experience across Australia and New Zealand, Kris is a highly respected subject matter expert in the field of planning and delay analysis.
A qualified civil and structural engineer, chartered professional engineer, registered building contractor / practitioner in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, NT and TAS, registered project manager in VIC, registered expert witness with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an accredited expert with The Academy of Experts. He has had deep and varied exposure to the building, residential, commercial, industrial, rail, civil infrastructure, oil and gas, energy and mining industries.
His close involvement with formal and informal dispute proceedings combining to a total project value exceeding $10 billion means Kris can confidently assist a wide array of legal professionals, principals, contractors and subcontractors – including tier one firms – in crystalising and simplifying complicated matters related to planning and delay.
From a business perspective, Kris forms part of Anvelo’s executive leadership team and participates as an active member on the board of directors. His involvement and responsibilities as an Executive Director dictates the company’s focus regarding stability, direction, growth and trajectory.
